We were victorious when we defeated Ryo and sealed him away at the core of a desolate gas giant. For years we have flourished together on Earth — both earthlings and robots cohabited peacefully, slowly rebuilding and restoring the planet to its former glory. There is hope after all — with assistance from your humankind and the influx of new robots, we can look forward to the day we all live together on Earth once more.
It’s a shame though, my friends, that I must tell you trouble is brewing again. From what I’ve gathered, we underestimated Ryo. First, with his crafty wiles, he manipulated fellow prisoners into his crew and bribed the guards. Then, when new prisoners were being transported to the planet, they took advantage of the commotion to steal a spaceship and escape confinement.
As of this moment, Ryo stands here on Earth together with us. Reunited with his gang as soon as he came back, Ryo now commands an elite force much larger and more dangerous than ever before. Rumor has it that he even has access to a cloning machine; just imagine what he could accomplish with multiple versions of himself!
We need your help — every single one of you. Though Earth’s harsh, unlivable conditions still forbid you from setting foot home, you can help through your AI robots. I’ve been informed that some of you are very familiar with video games, and we need that. By controlling the robots just like how you do in video games, you can join the battle against Ryo and safeguard the future of Earth.
And thus, we are calling for the best gamers out there in the distant solar systems. If you are reading this message, we need your brainpower and intelligent tactics. Be directly involved with the chase and use your keyboard to outsmart the enemy. I’ll make sure you are handsomely rewarded.
We also need humanity’s most excellent programmers. Your algorithms empower the robots and pave their way to victory. Implement your magical codes — the modern era’s sorcery — and send Ryo’s minions scurrying back to their master. With time, your bots will grow to become your personal army.
As for the artists, your designs strike awe in our allies and fear in our enemies. With your affinity for beauty and grace, craft the most amazing robots ever known to humankind. Soon enough, your inventions will be dauntless warriors against the forces of evil.
We also welcome investors across the galaxy. With your massive wealth and a strong hunch for profit, invest and borrow codes from your fellow humans. Then, as your levied army strikes down the enemy, I’ll see to it that both of you gain rewards.
Last but not least, though it pains my heart to mention this, you must be wary of traitors in our midst. Ryo has put a bounty on my head, and I fear that there will be humans out there who can’t resist the temptation of wealth and recognition. Ryo promised to grant a large amount of a special and valuable token, codenamed $CTOK, to those who manage to capture me. From this moment on, I’ll be on the run, but please know my heart is with you at all times.
