Our private fundraising round was a huge success! We have raised more than $2.6 million, and the capital will help the Codyfight ecosystem flourish in the future!
During Q4 2021, we focused on community building by creating contests, events and interacting with many curious and bright-minded individuals. Our social media presence had also grown tremendously!
We had also set our smart contracts interaction in place. Testers and advisors can exclusively access the game demo during this period and provide necessary feedback for future development.
Q1 2022
- IDO: Codyfight Coin launch
- MVP launch: Alpha version release
- Early access for a limited number of players
- Pre-orders of NFT skins
- Gathering feedback, fixing bugs, fine-tuning the metagame
Codyfight will be launching its native crypto token CTOK in Q1 2022, and we hope that our readers are ready for the big IDO event. We will also be gearing up our IDO preparation with a few welcoming events for our dear Codyfighters (SoonTM). In particular, the Codyfight Token (CTOK) will be based on Ethereum, Polygon, and Binance Smart Chain.
In Q1 2022, Codyfight will have received enough guidance from the testers and advisors and improved the game to prepare for the alpha version release. Then, we will provide early access to a limited number of players (stay tuned for updates!) for further feedback, bug fixes, and possible metagame adjustments. In addition, there will be hidden in-game easter eggs that provide you direct access to the alpha version. So be wary, curious, Codyfighters!
The first batch of NFT skins will be available and can be pre-ordered, so be sure to save yourself an empty slot and get your hands on these one-of-a-kind items.

In Q2 2022, Codyfight will integrate digital cryptocurrency wallets (e.g., Metamask) for storing NFTs, and access to crypto tokens will be available. The wallet will drastically improve the security, efficiency, and transaction speed of NFT items and CTOK.
At the same time, Polygon blockchain initialization will open the possibility of transforming robot skins into NFTs (great news for artists!) and building the in-game ecosystem based on Codyfight’s native utility token — CTOK.
As the game gains more popularity, we expect an influx of casual players with little coding knowledge to join Codyfight. Therefore, improving the user interface (UI) and making the game more appealing to a broader audience will be necessary.
Q3 2022
- Public launch: Beta version release
- Players start earning!
- Community skin shop and marketplace

We will finally release the public launch of Codyfight in Q3 2022 if everything goes smoothly according to plan (eventually, you can kick Mr. Ryo’s butt). Even better, players can start earning CTOK by playing the game then.
We will also be opening the community skin shop and marketplace, which the public will entirely own and operate (welcome all aspiring programmers and artists!). In addition, Codyfight will implement a Ckey subscription service for any serious Codyfighters out there wanting to control armies of robots (yes, you can have several active robots playing the game simultaneously).
Q4 2022
- Growing the use of Community tournaments as well as fixating a lot of focus on competitive play and E-Sports
- Preparing for the first AI vs. Human world cup!
- New game modes
After testing and improving the beta release, it will be time for the community tournaments. We will announce the first AI vs. Human world cup, and competitive players can reap extraordinary rewards, just like professional gamers attending eSport matches. This is not your ordinary eSport competition either, as we will mold Codyfight into a mind-bending coliseum for programmers.
Also, we will consider adding new game modes after taking into account what the user base wants. Don’t worry, though; the main game will always be there for you to join while having fun with friends and earning tokens on the way.
